Yes, please download The Club App (for free!) and register your rewards account, then follow the instructions below to link your accounts.
1. Sign In to The Club App using the email and password registered on your VIP membership account. This will then sync your VIP membership to your app for you.
Now when you scan your The Club App barcode you will receive your VIP discount on your beverage along with points from the additional items you’ve purchased.
Yes, your points have a 180-day life span. However, the 180 days restarts each time you visit The Coffee Club. If you visit once or more every 6 months your points won’t expire.
Please ask our friendly team for your receipt print out and send a picture of it to our support team. This will allow the team to make the correct manual adjustment of points and assist you with your membership if necessary.
Registration is necessary to join The Club App because you need an email address to login. This will become your unique user ID for your account. Should you opt in to receive email notifications, we’ll also let you know when exciting new things are coming up that we think you might like!
Within The Club App settings please use the Update Account details section. If you need to change your email address, please notify our support team as they will need to manually update this for you.

Subscribing to the VIP Club online means your membership will renew automatically. This can be switched off at any time prior to the next renewal payment being processed.
Visit the VIP Portal in your The Club App or via The Coffee Club website. Once signed in click Update Payment Details, here you can + Add Payment Method, Update Plan or Cancel Plan.
No, VIP benefits are currently unavailable on public holidays. However please continue to scan The Club app to earn and redeem rewards on these days!
