We’ve been obsessed with coffee since 1989, so it’s no surprise that we are the coffee experts. Our coffee is sustainably sourced, and our beans are roasted by our award-winning Melbourne roaster. Our baristas are trained in making the perfect cup and our blend is a smooth, rich flavour that tastes so good! That’s why Coffee’s our middle name.

We have so many quality baristas across our network, like Kimbalea Brown from North Queensland. She won our last National & International Barista Championships in 2019.

Sustainably and ethically sourced
We sustainably source the finest beans from the best coffee farms in Honduras, Brazil and India.
Our Indian beans sourced from the Sethuraman Estate are hand-picked and processed at origin by a family of coffee farmers that have been farming for generations. Classed as a biodiversity hot spot, the farmers are conscious of making sure their processes are eco-friendly. They even have a natural fertilizer recipe that has been passed down for generations.

Locally Roasted
Once our beans are handpicked and processed at origin, they are sent to our award-winning roaster in Melbourne. Here our beans are roasted with care before being packaged and sent to our stores. Throughout the production process our beans are tested to ensure the highest quality from bean to cup!
