To create a simple, seamless and accessible experience, we've brought our loyalty programs together into one new Club designed to deliver instant value and everyday savings with member pricing.

This will be phased out per state. The last date of points and VIP per state will be the date prior to the new program launch:

WA - 13th October,
NSW, Vic, Tas, ACT & NT - 4th November
QLD - 10th November

We will communicate more details soon, but we will hold a place for VIP & Club members. You will need to follow a quick onboarding form to transition into the new program. Sign-ups to the old program has been closed while we transition.

If you travel interstate and the points & VIP program has ended in the state you visit, you can sign-up to member pricing at the counter. This will mean you'll be onboarded when the program launches in your state. Refer to the dates above for rollout timing by state. The program is already live in South Australia.

We recommend you check your details are up to date in the app. Phone number will be key to accessing our new program. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Open your TCC Rewards App and sign in if required.
2. Visit Settings by clicking the wheel in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click the Update Account Details option.
4. Fill/Update your information and click Submit.

If you're a VIP member, you'll need to contact our VOC team before launch to make sure your details are up to date.

Once the new program launches, you need to complete the online onboarding to get your new digital card. Any offers and coupons will be emailed to you.

You have until the day before launch to use your points before points will be expired. We recommend heading in store to use your points now!

We're updating our loyalty program so we can reward you every time you visit. It's all about giving you feel-good, everyday value, without the wait. To make way for this, the points program will be retired.

That offer won't carry over, instead members will access exclusive member pricing across the entire menu. You can still take advantage of this offer until the program concludes in your state.

No — there's nothing you need to do. Our team has been in touch with VIP members to let them know about these changes, and we'll take care of cancelling your membership direct debit as part of the transition.
