From today, The Club is trialling its next exciting phase in South Australia. The new Club unlocks instant everyday value & meaningful savings through Member Pricing.

With member‑only pricing on select food and drinks, it’s a simpler way to enjoy more of what you love, without the wait.

Yes! To thank our existing VIP and Club members, your first year is on us.

The new Club replaces points with instant value. Instead of collecting and redeeming points, members unlock exclusive member‑only pricing on select menu items every time you visit. It’s simple, provides instant everyday value, without the wait!

The Club offers instant everyday value through exclusive member pricing and offers throughout the year. A small annual fee helps us continue delivering meaningful value & benefits to members.

As a member, you’ll get:

  • Immediate value - access to member‑only menu pricing of both food and drinks
  • Exclusive Offers

After your first free year, you will be prompted at the counter to renew your membership for just $3 a year.

If you’re eligible for the free first year, simply activate your free membership via the email we sent you. Once that’s complete, you’ll have access straight away. Or visit us in-store, and a team member can assist you.

No worries, The Club is optional — you can still visit and enjoy The Coffee Club as usual without becoming a member. That said, we’d love for you to take advantage of our member-exclusive pricing.

If you can provide proof of your existing membership and show this in store, you can sign up at POS within 12 months of launch. Or you can find our Club invite email and complete your onboarding via the link.

No. Points won’t carry over into the new Club and will be paused during the trial. These can still be used interstate but will be phased out if the trial is successful.

No, we have built a new app for our Member Pricing. Follow the prompts after onboarding to download the app.

You won’t be able to access Member Pricing in other states during the trial period, however as an existing member you will be able to use your points balance interstate during the trial. Following a successful trial, the program will be rolled out nationally.

Yes, existing digital offers and coupons will still be available, subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Once you’re a member, you’ll get access to our special member-only prices. Just scan your membership card when ordering to receive the discounted pricing.

No, unfortunately member pricing is not available through table ordering during the trial. We’re working towards a long-term solution. To access Member Pricing, customers must order at the counter.

Customers are able to utilise member pricing and coupons in the same transaction. Any other discounts will not be applied in addition to member pricing.

Digital - you will receive a digital membership card once you have completed onboarding.

Yes, once you sign up, you unlock member pricing at every participating TCC. In the trial that will be just South Australian stores, but if the trial is successful, we plan to extend this nationally.

If you’re visiting South Australia, you won’t be able to earn or redeem points. However, you can still access member pricing at no cost. Just let our team know you’re an active Club member and show valid proof — we’ll set you up with a complimentary membership in-store.

Select food and drinks will feature special member pricing across the menu. These items may change from time to time, giving members access to new savings regularly. Head in store now and see for yourself.

Yes, The Club member pricing is available every day, but will have a 15% surcharge (in line with any order at TCC on public holidays)
